وبدنج (webdenj.ir) به حقوق مالکیت فکری احترام گذاشته و خود را ملزم به رعایت چارچوبهای قانون کپیرایت هزاره دیجیتال (DMCA) میداند. در همین راستا و برای شفافسازی فعالیتهای سایت، توجه به نکات زیر الزامی است:
۱. رسالت آموزشی: وبدنج یک پلتفرم با محوریت آموزش است و هدف اصلی ما ارائه منابع و آموزشهای رایگان به جامعه فارسیزبانان و توسعهدهندگان وب در سراسر جهان است.
۲. بومیسازی و توسعه: ما علاوه بر تولید محتوای آموزشی، به منظور تسهیل کار توسعهدهندگان ایرانی، اقدام به بومیسازی، ترجمه معتبر و تغییرات ساختاری (تبدیل LTR به RTL) روی افزونهها و قالبها میکنیم. این فرآیند یک کار توسعهای و تغییرشکلیافته (Transformative) محسوب میشود.
۳. قانون حذف محتوا (Takedown Notice): بخشی از منابع سایت توسط توسعهدهندگان مستقل و جامعه کاربری (ارسال فایلهای ترجمه و استایل) تامین میشود. اگر شما مالک و سازنده اصلی (Original Author) یک اثر هستید و تمایلی به انتشار نسخه بومیسازیشده آن در پلتفرم ما ندارید، ما به حق شما احترام میگذاریم. لطفاً درخواست رسمی خود را به همراه مدارک معتبر و قابل استناد مبنی بر مالکیت اصلی اثر به ایمیل info@webdenj.com ارسال کنید تا پس از بررسی، محتوای مورد نظر در سریعترین زمان ممکن حذف گردد.
۴. عدم پذیرش درخواست از واسطهها: ما هیچگونه درخواست حذف محتوا، ریپورت یا شکایتی را از جانب نهادها، سازمانها و وبسایتهای فروشگاهی واسطه که خودشان فاقد کپیرایت بینالمللی بوده و اقدام به فروش فایلهای خارجی (به صورت نالشده، کرکشده یا با ادعای کذب «اورجینال») میکنند، نمیپذیریم. حق اعتراض و ثبت درخواست DMCA منحصراً در اختیار توسعهدهنده و سازنده اصلی محصول است.

2. Transformative Work & Localization: In addition to publishing educational tutorials, we focus on the localization of plugins and themes. This includes translating files from English to Persian and structurally converting them from LTR to RTL (Right-to-Left). We view this as a transformative, educational effort to support developers.
3. DMCA Takedown Procedure: WebDenj relies on community contributions, and many independent developers help us by sharing translation files or RTL stylesheets. We do not host files with malicious intent. However, if you are the true, original copyright holder of any resource on our site and wish for it to be removed, please submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to info@webdenj.com. Your email must include verifiable proof of your original ownership. Upon successful verification, we will promptly remove the requested material from our servers.
4. Invalid Third-Party Claims: Please note: We strictly reject and will ignore any takedown requests, reports, or complaints originating from third-party organizations, competitor websites, or storefronts that unlawfully distribute, sell, or monetize foreign nulled/cracked digital products (even if falsely advertised as “original”). The right to issue a DMCA notice is strictly reserved for the original, official creator/author of the product.
